Flatting

     In FLT this Term I learnt some  tips on how to flat and I am going to share them with you.

    1. When looking for a new House you want to be sure you find one in the perfect price  range. 
Here's a great website to help you find your perfect price ranged House https://www.trademe.co.nz/property. 
 2. When you are looking for your first home it is very common that people rent a house that's at least  $300 a week. Say you are a student you must find a house that's cheap and affordable for your student budget.
3.   You need to remember to pay for these Entertainment purposes so you can do that by budgeting carefully  etc Netflix,Internet,Youtube Other.

    Hey Ezreh great first blog post! Good to see you picked up some tips in class to share with everyone. You could include some videos or pictures in future to go alongside your text e.g. a screenshot with instructions on how to use trademe property search etc. Look forward to seeing your next post :)
